Bio of Marsha Jacobson
A sought-after speaker, consultant, and writing coach, Marsha Jacobson lived in Japan for several years and consulted to Mattel Toys Southeast Asia. Later she was the first person to earn a Harvard MBA while single-parenting young children. After a successful career as a senior executive, she wrote her award-winning memoir, The Wrong Calamity, finally revealing the traumatic and ultimately triumphant personal life she’d hid for decades from family, friends, and colleagues. Her work has appeared in the New York Times and online media.
